Returns & Exchanges
Our Exchange Policy:
- Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.
- Any signs of wear, washing, alterations, makeup stains, or perfume scent will result in refusal for exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to garment availability at the time of return processing.
- Exchanges can be made for items equal to the same full-price value, with store credit issued.
- We do not offer refunds back to credit cards; only store credits are available.
- Items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for exchanges, refunds.
- Returns must be authorized; unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer is responsible for arranging collection.
- Please email halfdayoff.co@gmail.com to organize an exchange, ensuring to use a registered postal service for returns and keeping tracking details.
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for return processing, with email notification sent once the exchange is shipped.
- Shipping costs for returning items for exchange are not covered or reimbursed by halfdayoff.co.
