Returns & Exchanges

Our Exchange Policy:

  • Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.
  • Any signs of wear, washing, alterations, makeup stains, or perfume scent will result in refusal for exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to garment availability at the time of return processing.
  • Exchanges can be made for items equal to the same full-price value, with store credit issued.
  • We do not offer refunds back to credit cards; only store credits are available.
  • Items purchased during promotional periods are not eligible for exchanges, refunds.
  • Returns must be authorized; unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer is responsible for arranging collection.
  • Please email halfdayoff.co@gmail.com to organize an exchange, ensuring to use a registered postal service for returns and keeping tracking details.
  • Allow up to 5-7 business days for return processing, with email notification sent once the exchange is shipped.
  • Shipping costs for returning items for exchange are not covered or reimbursed by halfdayoff.co.
